Linvelle Morton

President and Managing Director

Linvelle is from the city of Boston and is inspired by the direction in which the city is headed when it comes to community engagement and inclusion. He is directly involved with each client and establishing expectations and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company including management decisions, implementing long and short-term goals.

Linvelle has always had a passion for buildings and client relationships. His experience as an architect, owners rep project manager, realtor and management experience in a number of building and construction related industries offers clients a value proposition that is unlike other competitors.

It has always been Linvelle’s goal to start a property management company that offers tenants and owners exceptional service. His extensive background in client relations has played a strong part in ensuring that tenants and clients of various backgrounds are treated fairly and with an exceptional level of service.

Linvelle attended Andrews University where he obtained a Bachelors of Architecture. He is also a licensed realtor.

Ashley Henry Saturné

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Ashley is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our tenant requests and vendor relationships. She also assists with ensuring that properties are well-maintained and operating in accordance with local regulations and company policies.

Ashley implements company-wide policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. Ashley is a key contributor to our team and is involved with the day to day operations.  

She has an extensive marketing background. She has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Walla Walla University.
